The FANUC P-145 is an easily-maintained, high performance painting robot. Fast acceleration and high-speed axes allow for minimized cycle times and reduced costs. This six-axis robot is able to perform in a wide variety of environments and is ideal for automotive parts and watercraft painting and sealing.
The FANUC P145 painting robot features a large payload capacity and a purge system that is approved for operation in hazardous environments. Designed to decrease the cycle time, the P-145 offers high acceleration and a hollow wrist with through-arm hose routing. Maintenance requirements are reduced by the use of a integral drive component with sealed lubrication.
The tool tip speed of the FANUC P 145 painting robot is 1500 mm/sec. Advanced motion software provides a constant tip speed that improves the uniformity and appearance of the paint finish.
